EMPOWERING WHO THEY’RE BECOMING
Becoming, Unedited.
Two programs. One architecture. One guiding question.
Two year-long, school-embedded programs: 36 weekly lessons each, delivered by your own trained staff, built around one question a young person learns to ask for the rest of their life.
The formation gap is no longer anecdotal.
Adolescents are navigating identity, belonging, relationships and unprecedented digital pressure without a long-term, structured, safe environment in which to work out who they are becoming. The loudest voices answering their questions are now algorithms. Speakers and one-day programs create real moments, but a spike is not formation. Impact fades within days when there is no weekly rhythm, no shared language, and no trusted adult still in the room next term.
The question for a school is not "Who can we get in to speak to the students?" It is "What is our architecture for forming young people, and do we own it?"
What the programs share
-
One lesson a week, all year
36 weekly experiential lessons inside your existing pastoral or wellbeing line / within your HPE theory / within RE for faith based schools (all aligned to diocesan frameworks). Light on the timetable, heavy in impact.
-
Your staff, not visitors
Delivered by your own certified facilitators, because the adult who transforms a young person is rarely a visitor.
-
Built for the digital era
Algorithms, influencers, group chats and digital respect are a core strand, not a bolted on guest topic.
-
A culture your school keeps
Shared language, rituals and milestone moments that compound year after year. You own the architecture.
Founding Schools 2027
Become a Founding School
Both programs launch in 2027 with a founding cohort of schools, and a select number of founding places are available for a Term 1 launch. Founding schools receive a significant year-one subscription reduction, priority facilitator training in January, direct input as the programs are refined, and recognition as a founding case-study school, always with your approval. In return we ask only for honest feedback and simple pre and post student measures.
