FOR GIRLS · YEAR 9 OR 10 · A FULL SCHOOL YEAR
UNEDITED
One lesson a week. One question all year. A culture your school keeps.
A year-long, school-embedded formation program that forms confident, authentic, connected young women, delivered by your own trained staff.
The pressure you already see every day
1 in 3
teen girls said Instagram made their body image worse, according to Meta’s own research.
1/3
Across the teen years, the share of girls who call themselves confident falls by roughly a third. Fear of judgement is the stated reason for going quiet.
Every year
body image sits in the top personal concerns of Australian girls, year after year.
Girls are growing up inside a permanent audience. Filters, follower counts and comparison feeds teach them to edit themselves before they have finished finding themselves. The cost shows up in classrooms as anxiety, perfectionism, fractured friendships and a quieter, more curated version of the girl underneath. One-day programs open the conversation; they cannot hold it. Formation takes a year.
Unedited refuses the deficit narrative. Girls are not fragile. They are young women of enormous capacity whose voice, loyalty and ambition need room, not management.
Not an event. Not a speaker. Cultural architecture: a shared language, a weekly rhythm, and milestone formation moments your school owns and repeats.
Thirty-six weekly experiential lessons across four terms, inside your existing pastoral or wellbeing line. Empowerment-Ed provides everything: ready-to-teach lessons, facilitator certification, student logbooks, digital resources and first-year implementation coaching. Your school provides the relationships.
Every lesson returns to one question: "Who am I, unedited?"
Four pillars, four terms, one arc
1
CLEAR · Identity & Image
Who am I now?
The edited self and the real one: strengths, values, digital identity and the algorithms shaping it.
2
BRAVE · Belonging & Contributing
Where do I stand?
Friendship culture, comparison and exclusion, courage, inclusion, sisterhood.
3
KNOWN · Connection & Relationships
How do I relate?
Emotional literacy, boundaries respect, consent, digital respect, healthy relationships.
4
HEARD · Purpose & Meaning
Who am I, unedited?
Redefining success, voice and leadership, future-self mapping, legacy projects.
The weekly rhythm
1 · Move
An experiential activity that creates engagement in the phase of the lesson.
2 · Notice & Name
A facilitated debrief: what happened, what it felt like, what it maps to in real life.
3 · Frame
One short, practical insight. Minutes, not ‘the lecture’.
4 · Reflect
A guided logbook reflection back to the guiding question.
5 · The One Thing
A small behaviour to practise this week, reviewed at the start of the next lesson.

Founding Schools 2027
Become a Founding School
Both programs launch in 2027 with a founding cohort of schools, and a select number of founding places are available for a Term 1 launch. Founding schools receive a significant year-one subscription reduction, priority facilitator training in December/January, direct input as the programs are refined, and recognition as a founding case-study school, always with your approval. In return we ask only for honest feedback and simple pre and post student measures.
